At Iron Era, our #1 priority is making sure you’re satisfied with your order.

If you received an item with a defect, or your clothing doesn’t fit as expected, you must contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order so we can review your request.

After 7 business days, we are not responsible for any exchanges or refunds.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• Items must be unworn
• Items must be in original condition
• Items must be returned with all original packaging (if applicable)
