1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package ships.

2. SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

3. SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

4. TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if provided). Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. INCORRECT ADDRESS / UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the package.

6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
IRON ERA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly first.

7. SHIPPING DELAYS
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience during any delays.
